Conditions of sale 1. This ticket is sold by Waverley Council ABN: 12 502 583 608 through Bondi Pavilion on behalf of the organisation presenting the activity and is subject to any conditions for that activity and or venue. 2. Tickets are purchased under a no refund or exchange policy. In some instances, such as cancelled events refunds may be payable in line with the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. 3. The right of admission is reserved by management. Latecomers may not be admitted until an appropriate time which may not occur until the first intermission. 4.
