Event description

This four-week COTA program will allow you to experience the value of balance training! Improve or maintain your balance and be confident to continue the activities you love.

10am - 11am
Thursdays, 6, 13, 20 and 27 February 2025
Walkerville Town Hall
$20 for 4 weeks, adults.
