Better By Breath Breathwork

An opportunity to learn the art of breath through our conscious connected session and putting yourself first.

We start with learning more breath function and techniques you can take with you.

An invitation to breathe and move away from anything that is holding you back.

We will connect and chat over some delicious cacao, then bring ourselves to our mats and breathe into the present moment and back home to our bodies.

Breath is the key to living in our power, in the present moment and regulation for our nervous system.

Through this conscious connected breathwork session we have the opportunity to release stored emotions and stories in our mind and body that could have been there for years.

Guided and held by our facilitator's to ensure your sacred journey of self discovery and letting go.

Come and explore yourself through breath and breakthrough from stored emotions that no longer serve you.

Learn how to calm and regulate yourself and come back home to self by leaving all your everyday things at the door when you arrive.

We are here to hold and guide you through this experience and I can’t wait to see you all there. ❤️
