Better farm budgets with Rachel Dorney Agri Financial Consulting

Join North West Local Land Services for a workshop for producers to learn about creating and managing farm cash flow budgets for stronger business outcomes and better banking relationships.

Event details:

The workshop will be facilitated by Rachel Dorney, of Agri Financial Consulting with a background in the banking sector as well as being a primary producer right here in the North West Region.

Rachel is extremely well-equipped to provide producers with the skills and support required to better manage budgets for effective forecasts, planning, and conversations with banks.

What the day will cover:

• Learn how to create your own cash flow budget.

• Hints and tips on how to improve your cash flow budget.

• Simple ways to review a cash flow budget.

• How to be bank-ready - what information the bank needs.

Attendees of this workshop will be entitled to an online follow-up with Rachel to discuss their own budget. This follow-up will be partially subsidised by the North West Local Land Services, with the attendee covering the remaining costs. The subsidised follow-ups will be available until funds are exhausted, and details will be confirmed closer to the date.

Additional details:

• Morning tea and lunch will be provided.

• In order to provide support to all attendees, tickets will be limited to a maximum of 1 ticket per farm business, with 2 attendees per ticket. Please book early to avoid missing out.
