Better Together Forum 2026

Are you part of a community organisation, service provider, or local initiative helping to make the Northern Beaches a safer, more connected, inclusive, and diverse place to live?

Join Northern Beaches Council and other colleagues from the local sector for the Better Together Forum 2026. This half-day forum is an opportunity to connect with others, share insights, and explore the key challenges and opportunities facing our community.

Since the first Better Together Forum was held alongside the adoption of the Better Together Strategy in 2021, our community has experienced significant social and economic change. Following the 2026 refresh of the framework, the forum will continue to provide an opportunity for those in the social services space to have important conversations about the evolving needs, priorities and challenges of our local community.

On the day, you'll:

Network with community organisations, service providers, and local leaders.

Hear the latest Northern Beaches demographic, community, and social sector insights.

Explore opportunities to improve service navigation and strengthen community connections.

Discuss the broad sustainability challenges affecting the sector.

Share ideas and contribute to future collaborative action.

The agenda is currently being co-designed by local service providers and Council staff and will be shared with attendees prior to the event.

Who should attend?

Anyone working in or supporting community wellbeing on the Northern Beaches, including those involved in community services, health, education, early years, youth, disability, aged care, and community development.

If you're passionate about creating a more connected, inclusive, and resilient community, we'd love to see you there.
