Better Work by Design: ‘Fix the Work - Support your People’

Building Wellness Taranaki, BeSafe, NZISM, and Leading Safety invite you to join us for an energising morning of insight and innovation as we introduce Leading Safety’s new Better Work By Design (BWBD) Card Sort, a hands-on tool for identifying psychosocial risks and strengthening wellbeing at work.

What to Expect

  • A practical demonstration led by Keri Woods, Partner, Leading Safety and Fee Ewing, Associate, Leading Safety

  • Explore 36 work-related factors that influence wellbeing, each represented by intuitive icons and translated into Te Reo Māori, Samoan, Mandarin, Korean, Tongan, and Hinglish

  • Discover how the BWBD cards can support safer design, better conversations, and more engaged teams
