How do we find balance between our wider, spiritual selves and our earthly, human experience? Tea as a medicine and plant spirit reminds us that we are both and to try not to get too caught up in one or the other, but to rest in the expansive space between the two.

Join us as we come together and sit quietly with tea, halfway between Heaven and Earth, to drop into the ground of our being and listen to the inner guidance that arises when we make space to simply be.

Upon arrival, you'll be invited to choose whether you'd like to receive the grounding energy of Earth or open up to the higher realms of Heaven through beautiful, living tea. Sometimes called the “great connector,” tea has a way of dissolving barriers ~ helping us let go of daily worries and deepen our connection with ourselves, with one another, and with Nature.

Includes tandem tea ceremony served in-the-round with Romany (@romanyrose) and Odile (@odile.chaperon), followed by time to share reflections about your experience if you wish to do so and enjoy some nourishing snacks together.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find your seat for a 10am start. We will be through the garden in Harmony Hall.

Feel free to bring an extra cushion or folded blanket to get super comfortable!
