Between The Meltdowns
Event description
This uplifting carers’ workshop is designed to soothe exhaustion, ease isolation, and create moments of fun and connection. Gentle, interactive activities and a shared lunch will help carers of autistic and ADHD families feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
Caring for autistic and ADHD loved ones can be deeply rewarding but also exhausting, isolating, and emotionally intense, especially when carers themselves are neurodivergent. This event is a chance to pause and breathe. Participants will enjoy a mix of hands-on solo and circle activities, quiet partner chats, shared food, and opportunities for lighthearted fun. All activities are low-pressure and optional, designed with sensory sensitivity and emotional safety in mind. Everyone will leave with a full heart, a calm mind, and something meaningful to take home.
I look forward to seeing you there.
