This September, Phil Morey of Inspired Breath returns to Wollongong with 3rdSpace Illawarra for an immersive 1.5 day somatic experience exploring the connection between birth, breath and body.

Through conscious connected breathwork, bioenergetic movement, bodywork and nervous system practices, we'll explore the body as a source of information, awareness and possibility.

His trauma-informed approach creates a grounded and supportive space to explore breath, body and emotional experience through experiential practice.
