A 1-hour Pilates & Breathwork class
A social club hour with food, drinks, giveaways & connection

The Beyond Breathwork classes offer a modern spin on breathwork, with relaxing, feel-good (and beginner friendly) techniques. The social club will combine our signature movement > breath > meditation flow with an opportunity to connect with like-minded people in a fun & modern environment.
You are encouraged to attend with a friend or rock it solo as the environment will be designed for anyone & everyone to feel welcomed - there will be stalls, seating areas, food & drinks and conversation cards!

Housekeeping: Doors will open at 4:45pm. Please stick to 1 drink if you are driving home or organise an alternative lift if you would like to indulge and party on!
