Beyond Colonialism

Welcome to 'Counter Colonialism: A Counter Colonial Approach to Workplace Practices' 

Beyond Colonialism is the first workshop in a series aimed at challenging and transforming colonial legacies.

In this initial workshop, participants will be introduced to the concept of colonisation and explore its lasting impacts. Through story telling and  reflective learning exercises, participants will examine their own beliefs, biases, and behaviours, gaining a deeper understanding of how colonial legacies influence their personal and professional lives. 

Without a doubt, this was one of the best training sessions I have attended. In a gentle and thoughtful way, it took participants on a

journey of understanding our place in the colonisation process, how colonialism impacts on everyone and gave us some insight into
