I invite you to co-create a space of grounded playfulness in this Contact Improv Lab — a moment of presence, movement, fun and connection with yourself and the community.

This workshop is open to all levels — whether you're completely new to Contact Improvisation or already love the practice, you're warmly welcome! We'll explore physical connection, deep listening, and creative co-movement in a space that invites curiosity, presence, and play.

𝗞𝗶𝗮 𝗢𝗿𝗮, I’m Gloria – a passionate dancer and movement facilitator, currently travelling Aotearoa and sharing practices that light me up. Dance has always been my genuine form of expression. I’ve danced CI for over six years in communities all over the world, and facilitated workshops at small festivals and intimate community gatherings. I’m excited to co-create this space with you!
