Event description

This is not your Mother's breathwork class. We offer a modern spin on breathwork with relaxing, feel-good techniques and a welcoming community of breathers. Think 1 hour of gentle movement, breathing, meditation & amazing music... all at the beach! 


Everyone’s welcome at Beyond — from babies and pups to your boss, Grandpa, and first-timers too! Come solo or with a gang. 

What to bring:

  • Towel or yoga mat

  • Water bottle

  • Wear clothes you can move in

  • Swimmers (optional)

What to expect: Feeling lighter & calmer with a potential new addiction to breathwork. 

How to find us: Park near Ten06 Cafe and enter the beach across the road.
