Our December 2026 speaker is Dr James Kustow, presenting an engaging session on adult ADHD on Thursday 10 December 2026 @ 7pm AEDT.

Join Consultant Adult Psychiatrist and Adult ADHD Specialist Dr Kustow for a practical and insightful session exploring adult ADHD, its challenges, and strategies to support focus, productivity, and everyday wellbeing.

With extensive experience in both NHS and private practice, Dr Kustow specialises in the diagnosis and medical management of adult ADHD, as well as psychosocial interventions. He will share practical insights into understanding ADHD and developing effective strategies for managing common challenges in daily life.

The session will also explore the overlap between ADHD and hypermobility and related disorders, an area of particular interest to Dr Kustow. He will discuss how this emerging area may provide valuable insights into understanding ADHD and other neuropsychiatric presentations.

Attendees will gain practical strategies and insights to better manage ADHD-related challenges, improve focus and productivity, and build greater balance in everyday life.

Dr James Kustow is a London-based Consultant Adult Psychiatrist and Adult ADHD Specialist. He is a member of UKAAN’s Executive Board and its Director of Education, and has contributed to national and international ADHD training and guidance. He is also the author of How to Thrive with Adult ADHD – 7 Pillars for Focus, Productivity and Balance and the winner of the 2021 ‘Genius Award’ for his Lifeskills Adult ADHD group programme.

Professionals attending will receive a Certificate of Attendance to help them keep track of their professional development.
