Kerri Speyers is a Life Empowerment Coach of Life Choices Coaching. Specialising in helping women gain the clarity, confidence and courage to live their best life, her passion is seeing women become the truly capable, independent superwomen that they are – one that will leave a legacy of empowerment to all women!

Marcia Davidson is a Nutrition & Gut Health Coach of Kickstart Your Wellness and doTERRA Essential Oils Educator. Passionate about food and all things gut health, Marcia is on a mission to show busy individuals how to easily weave a low-tox lifestyle seamlessly into their hectic lives. Her unique approach involves harnessing the power of nutrition, healthy habits and aromatherapy for self-healing.

Rosie Schultz Rosie recently completed her yoga teacher training in Ubud, Bali, after years of practice. Yoga transforms perspective, aids recovery and providing mental and physical healing. Her practice emphasises the connection of body and soul, with each stretch fostering personal growth. Her classes feature gentle vinyasa flows, allowing participants to transition from mind to body through conscious breath and fluid movement.

Sandi Clarke is a Mother, Grandmother, Wife, Interior Design business owner and unapologetic passionate foodie whose love language is feeding people as she believes that nourishing the body of friends, family and those choosing to attend our retreats, truly feeds and nourishes the soul…..
