Dean Lennerth is an Executive Chef in South Australia for Australian Venue Co., one of the country’s leading hospitality groups. Dean leads a talented team of chefs across multiple venues, fostering creativity, consistency, and excellence in the kitchens he oversees.
A chef for more than 20 years, with over 15 years in senior Head Chef and Area Chef roles across Adelaide, Dean’s career has been defined by a passion for developing people – helping his teams build skills, grow in confidence, and innovate together. His leadership is centred on collaboration, mentorship, and ensuring both his teams and the food they create continue to evolve.
