Success isn’t just a title or a LinkedIn update—it’s the journey, the choices, the pivots, and the quiet resilience behind every achievement. Beyond the Bio is a mentorship series that brings South Asian women together to share the real stories behind their careers—the moments that shaped them, the barriers they broke, and the ways they’re reimagining what it means to lead, create, heal, and thrive.

Through intimate conversations and community-rooted connection, each session dives into a different sector—from law to design, social work to startups, wellness to media. Together, we’re challenging narrow definitions of success and making space for our own. We’re starting off with a focus on healthcare and wellness.
