For one night, Zackary Furst (Bar Liberty, IDES) is bringing his Polish concept 'Bez', a hyper-seasonal, contemporary celebration of Polish approaches to Australian produce, to our little bar.

Bez (Polish Lilac) marks the arrival of spring and Cardwell Cellars isexcited to welcome warmer days with Zack, with a special wine list championing Eastern European wines.

Limited bookings - with some space for walk-ins.

A $20 deposit is required with the booking, and will be deducted from your final bill on the night. Cancellations can be made up to 1 day before the event. Please note there is a 15 minute grace period for each booking.
