About the Panelists

  • Gabrielle Trenbath
    Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Australian Public Service

    Gabrielle is a trusted public servant and board member with experience across government and the not-for-profit sectors, specialising in integrity, rights-based policy, and international governance. Known for thoughtful analysis and ethical decision-making, they bring a strategic, big-picture approach to complex global issues.

  • Karin Lee
    Founder of Florapeutic

    With a background in corporate marketing and a passion for purpose, Karin founded Florapeutic to tackle flower waste and create meaningful social impact. Through rescuing event flowers and redistributing them to local communities, Florapeutic reduces carbon footprints while spreading joy and sustainability. Karin is also committed to mentoring young people and women, supporting their journeys into entrepreneurship and purpose-led careers.
  • Kaukab Naeem
    Client Support Partner at The Benevolent Society

    Kaukab Naeem is a social impact professional and former international student from Pakistan, now working in the not-for-profit sector in Australia. With a background in social work and community engagement, she’s passionate about equity, inclusion, and empowering people through storytelling and systems change. She’s currently a Client Support Partner at The Benevolent Society and an alumna of the Social Impact Fellowship.

The Social Impact Fellowship is a three-month, hands-on program designed for professionals seeking to explore their purpose and drive meaningful change. Since its inception, the Fellowship has supported over 350 individuals in developing the knowledge, networks, and resources to become leaders in their industries or transition into the for-purpose sector.
