Join us for a powerful conversation with three AMP Foundation Tomorrow Makers dedicated to breaking the cycle. Two speaks who’ve walked the path from prison to purpose and one helping to pave the way for those incarcerated – will share their experiences, insights and the role social enterprise plays in creating real second chances.

This session speaks to all changemakers driven by deep purpose and lived experience. Discover how to stay anchored in purpose without being overwhelmed by it, navigate the intensity of mission-led work, and build ventures that are sustainable, for both the community and the founder.

👤 Tahlia Isaac

A proud Kamilaroi woman, criminologist, and social justice advocate, Tahlia Isaac (2025Tomorrow Maker) is the Founder and CEO of Project:herself. 

Drawing from her own experience with incarceration, she empowers women through her charity that are impacted by the criminal justice system to transition from prison to a positive life.

As a 2025 Tomorrow Maker, she is developing Project:herBEAUTY a social enterprise beauty salon designed to provide continuity of employment and training for First Nations women who have been incarcerated.

👤 Luke Anderson

Luke Anderson (2024 and 2025 Tomorrow Maker) is the founder of Fair Threads, a social enterprise that provides prison-compliant clothing for inmates in Victorian correctional facilities. Every purchase supports their mission to create job opportunities for ex-inmates, helping to build stronger, safer communities.

👤 Jobe MacShane

Jobe MacShane (2024 Tomorrow Maker) is the Co-Founder of Reboot Australia, a venture supporting people re-entering society after prison. While not directly system-impactedhimself, Jobe’s purpose is deeply personal, fuelled by family experience and a vision of second chances.
