About the speaker
Tom Allen is the founder and CEO of Impact Boom, an organisation dedicated to empowering changemakers and impact-led enterprises around the world. He has more than 18 years of international experience and has supported over 340 impact-led enterprises through intensive capacity-building programs.
Since 2017, Tom has hosted 600+ podcast interviews with leading social innovators, and his events and initiatives have attracted more than 20,000 participants, including work on the successful Social Enterprise World Forum Australia bid.
Tom has served on boards including Social Enterprise Network Logan, QSEC, UQ Ventures, and IMPAQT QUT Bluebox, and contributed to the Fentiman-led Queensland Social Enterprise Strategy. He is a design strategist, social entrepreneur, and educator who is passionate about helping people turn bold ideas into practical, high-impact ventures.
