Event description

Bhava Sacred Kirtan meditation presents 'Kirtan by Candlelight'.

Our monthly event held in the cosy Kingscliff beachside town in NSW.

Kirtan is the heart and soul of yoga and is an enjoyable reciprocle practice of singing in a group. Music overall has been proven to have a provound effect on one's mind and body, here with kirtan we join the transcendental sound of mantras with acoustic instruments such as piano and guitars.

Our evening comprises of sitting comfortably on floor seating or chairs and listening and singing the mantras. We will guide you. Also, enjoy a relaxation session with breathing and mindfulness. The kirtan ends at 7.30pm with a lovely home made wholesome meal which caters for vegan and gluten free. Along with a home made dessert and masala chai. All for the cost of $10.
