Harmony Breath Connection LIVE via zoom is a bi-weekly online class where you learn how to consciously connect with your breath by using gentle/slow breath techniques and meditation, infused with mindset mentoring, guiding you on a transformative journey through the power of mindful breathing. Slow, controlled breathing is a game-changer for your mind and body. It calms the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety while boosting mental clarity and focus. This simple practice can lower blood pressure, improve digestion, and enhance overall well-being. Each session is designed to guide you towards greater mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical well-being. Join our community of like-minded individuals in discovering the profound benefits of Harmony Breath Connection, to cultivate inner peace. With each journey, I believe in the simple yet powerful practice of connecting with your breath to unlock a healthier, more harmonious life. And for prolonged benefits… taking a few minutes each day to breathe slow, deeply, and mindfully, you're investing in a healthier, more balanced life.
Each session will have a topic of focus relating to; relationships, healthy living, family, work, passions.

UK 8am - 09:30am GMT - selfcare investment: Special introductory cost of £11.50 GBP for a limited time - £17 GBP approx. depending on exchange rate

WHAT IS NEEDED: You will need a secure internet connection, headphones, a pillow, a comfy space to lie like a bed or yoga mat.
TO CONTINUE YOUR PRACTICE BETWEEN SESSIONS:
You will also recieve a 17 minute morning guided journey mp3 and 7 minute night-time guided journey to continue your daily practice after the first session.
