[Bickley Harvest Festival] Open Distillery Tasting Event

✨ Ever wondered what really happens in a distillery? ✨

As part of this year’s Bickley Harvest Festival, we’re throwing open the distillery doors and inviting you behind the scenes to see where the magic happens at Carmel Distillery.

Join Simon, our Chief Alchemist, for a relaxed and spirited session exploring how we transform local ingredients into handcrafted vodka, gin, liqueurs, and our first ever single malt whisky, Tokatoka (if there's any left by then!)

🍸 What to expect during your visit:

• A brief history of Carmel Distillery and how we got started in the Perth Hills
• A behind-the-scenes look at our equipment and distillation process
• Guided tastings of four handcrafted spirits / liqueurs
• A custom cocktail tasting featuring one of our favourites
• Light nibbles to complement the tasting lineup

👟 A quick note on safety: You’ll be stepping into an active production space, so covered footwear is a must.

This is the first time we've opened our doors to the public, so it's not to be missed!
