All class tickets include a selection of cheeses, thoughtfully paired accompaniments, and small tasting samples of drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). The educational portion of the class runs about an hour—give or take, depending on how curious (or chatty) you are! After that, the last hour is all yours to mingle, sip, and shop at your leisure
