Big Bowl Workshop

Great for beginners! Make a big bowl or large vase using slab and coil method. The bowl will be approximately 19cm diameter so you could use it as a serving bowl, salad bowl or a planter!

Come and discover your inner potter! My sessions are more social and than serious though you will make some pieces you will be proud of and impress your family and friends. My workshops are inclusive and the environment supportive.

The Clay

You will have a choice of what clay you use from dark to light to help you achieve the look you want. I will finish your piece by glazing it in a white gloss.

Pick up

I will fire and glaze your pieces in the 3-4 weeks after your session using a lovely gloss white glaze which contrasts beautifully with the unglazed areas. I will email you when they are ready so you can pick up. If you are unable to pick up I can let you know the freight cost and send it to you. Any left pieces after 2 months will either be destroyed or donated.

If you are travelling you can arrange for your piece to be sent to you at your cost. 

No further costs except optional postage/freight and packaging of finished pieces

7 days or more from your workshop - refund will be 100% less the booking fee.6

6 days or less - No refund can be provided. You could personally arrange for another person to attend in your place.

If the workshop is canceled by me I will be refund you 100%.

Q. Is this workshop suitable for kids? 

A. This workshop is for over 13 year olds. However, if you arrange a private workshop just for your group you can bring younger children however you will be required to assist them with their making as under 13 year olds rarely have the ability hand skills required in the time required without significant assistance.

Q. Can I bring alcohol

A. Yes for sure. If you let me know before hand I can supply glasses if you want.
