We’re so excited to invite you to an exclusive screening of Big Deal: Is our Democracy for Sale? And post-film discussion with the film’s director, Craig Reucassel.
On the back of War on Waste and Fight For Planet A, Craig Reucassel has teamed up with comedian, Christiaan Van Vuuren to make this feature documentary about the frightening extent to which money has infiltrated politics in Australia and the ways we, as ordinary citizens can take back our democracy from vested interests.
Big Deal is an important expose about a very serious issue, yet it is also funny, heart-warming and ultimately a hopeful story of people power.
This screening & panel discussion is a fundraiser for Voices of Goldstein. It is also a great opportunity to find out how you can get involved to help fix our democracy.
