Kick off our Sunset Dinner with an amuse bouche perfectly blended locally produced Condabilla Murray Cod Ceviche and Indigenous flavours sourced from our local area.
Over three courses, your taste buds will be delighted throughout the evening with entrees, Cauliflower Croquettes, or Scallops with Prosciutto, Leek and Peas. Mains to follow include Roasted Porchetta and Local Eye Fillet. To finish, there will be Local Honey Panna Cotta and Warm Chocolate Brownie with Homemade Pistachio Gelato.
