By purchasing tickets to this event, the customer accepts and agrees that if the event is cancelled for whatever reason, the Council will refund the face value of the ticket purchased LESS a 4% booking fee.  

Festival ticketholders consent to be filmed and sound recorded as event attendees and audience members. By entering all event sites at Big Skies Festival, ticketholders agree to be filmed or photographed, which may be used for future marketing or promotional purposes on WDRC's website, print media, and other electronic means.
