Big Social Run Cardiff, Autumn 2023

We're pleased to announce that the Big Social Run Cardiff is back! Come join us for a relaxed, chatty out-and-back run in beautiful Cardiff Bay - this isn't a run with medals or chip timing, but an opportunity to re-connect with old friends and meet some new ones over a run and a cuppa afterwards!

We're delighted that the beautiful Norwegian Church in Cardiff Bay are our hosts for this event; you can meet there and drop a bag if you need to before the run, and then we'd love it it you'd join us afterwards for a drink and a slice of cake! If you're coming by car there's plenty of parking options nearby. 

We're running a gentle, chatty 5 mile loop (route details here), which is perfect if you're tapering for Cardiff Half Mararthon!

Our schedule for the day is:

• 9:00 - registration / bag check opens
• 9:15 - move outside
• 9:20 - guidance / warm-up
• 9:30 - run begins

Then after 10.30am, back to Norwegian Church for a cuppa and a slice of cake!
