• Why do you need my email address?

Your email address is collected by Humanitix during booking so we can manage your order, send important event updates and contact you if you are selected as a Prize Draw winner.

Your details will only be used for event administration and Prize Draw purposes. They will not be used for marketing by 26 Flower Krown Road Collective or shared by us with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Do I need to book in advance?

Entry to the BIGBANG 20th Anniversary Cup Sleeve Celebration is free, and walk-ins are welcome.

However, Icon and Legend Anniversary Bundles must be purchased in advance through Humanitix. We will not be able to take payments for these bundles at the event.

Please note that cup sleeves, freebies and anniversary bundles are limited and available while stocks last. Purchasing your bundle in advance is the best way to guarantee you receive your chosen items.

• Can I change my chosen location after booking?

If you need to change from London to Manchester (or Manchester to London), please contact the relevant event host as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, depending on availability and package numbers.

• What if I can no longer attend?

If you can no longer attend, refunds are available up to 1 day prior to the event.

After this time, we may not be able to offer refunds due to final event preparations, including venue arrangements and pre-prepared packa.

If you have any issues, please contact the event hosts and we will do our best to help.
