Bike Safari - Woodlea November 2025
Event description
Join us for a fun-filled family day on wheels with Bike Safari! Ride together, exploring local playgrounds, and collect stamps in your very own Bike Safari passport as we pedal from one playground to the next. How many playgrounds will we ride to?
We will travel at the group’s pace, stopping to play and enjoy each location before heading off to the next. The aim is to enjoy a social ride and explore as many of Woodlea's great playgrounds and other unique sites as we can. It’s a relaxed, social ride designed for primary school-aged children and up (6 years old plus). We will share a lunch supplied lunch together.
The ride will be guided by the freindly staff from Edmund Rice Community Services and is supported by Woodlea.
– Every child must be accompanied by an adult on a bike. We will ride 2 plus kms, so we understand some of the younger kids may find this a bit too far. There will be another opportunity to complete their passport in the future.

A shared picnic lunch is included as part of the registration. Don’t miss out on the yummy food.

Need bikes? You can hire them for free – just make sure to book when registering so we can match your size.

How many people in a family? A family registration is up to 2 adults and 4 children.
Can I bring my bike? Yes
Do I need to be able to ride? Yes, you need to be able to ride a 2 plus kms.
What time: 10 am to 2 pm (this includes lunch at the end) or 1 pm to 5 pm (this includes lunch at the start).
