    Back On Your Bike: A 2-hour Beginners Course

    Our Back On Your Bike course is designed for people who already know how to ride but want to ensure they’ve established good habits, or for those who haven’t ridden in a while and want to smooth out the wobbles.

    In this 2-hour session, held in a traffic-free environment, we’ll cover everything from setting your pedals to start smoothly to sudden stopping, using gears effectively, and more. You’ll also learn practical tips on what to wear, how to carry your things, and how to handle riding in wet weather—so you can ride confidently in any situation.
    Whether you’re looking to regain control, improve your balance, or just feel more comfortable in the saddle, we’ll guide you through everything you need to ride safely and confidently.

    You must bring your own roadworthy bike (either e-bike or conventional bike) and helmet, wear enclosed shoes and appropriate clothing for the conditions.
