What began as a handful of friends gathered around a dining table has quickly grown into one of Adelaide's most exciting underground dining experiences.

For two nights only, Bill, from BILL'S.SUPPERCLUB, and his older brother, Gabriel, take over the kitchen at Bar Pin, bringing together the dishes that have defined the journey so far in a one-off shared dining experience.

Expect a carefully curated menu of 7-10 dishes celebrating Vietnamese heritage, South-East Asian flavours, and premium South Australian produce. Throughout the evening you'll experience many of the most requested dishes from previous supperclubs, alongside a selection of new creations making their debut exclusively for this event.

This isn't a traditional restaurant service. It's an intimate, communal dining experience designed to bring strangers together over good food, good wine, and great conversation. Every menu is created personally by Bill and served with the stories, inspiration and hospitality that have become synonymous with BILL'S.SUPPERCLUB.

With more than 150 people currently on the waitlist, this will be the largest supperclub we've hosted to date and marks an exciting new chapter as we step into our first restaurant takeover.

Available on the night will be drinks for purchase from the ever so talented team at Bar Pin - with a Vietnamese inspired cocktail made purposefully for this collaboration.

Please note: As this menu showcases a selection of our signature supperclub dishes, we are unfortunately unable to offer a vegetarian menu on this occasion. We will, however, do our best to accommodate other dietary requirements where possible, this still is not guaranteed and subject to a discussion with us prior to the event.
