Bioblitz with UQU Environment Collective
UQ Lakes Amphitheatre
saint lucia, australia
Event description
Interested in helping document the incredible biodiversity on UQ campus?
A bioblitz is a short but intensive study where participants try and identify as many species as possible in a given area and then contribute their data as citizen science! Join us as we hope to not only get students like you outside and making new friends, but also helping build strongly-employable STEM skills for students such as data collection and species identification. We'll be taking students around to collect data and photographs of native and local wildlife!
Join us for as little or as long as you would like! No experience needed, just bring your curiosity!
