Come and learn about how biochar is made and see the pyrolysis process firsthand at the local Yarra Ranges Council facility. Learn about the benefits of biochar in improving soil health and long-term carbon storage.

Address: Biochar Facility at the Lysterfield Transfer Station 840 Wellington Rd Lysterfield

Parking: Once you enter the transfer facility, immediately take the road to the left and drive through the gates of the Biochar Facility and park inside the fence.
