Event description

 Dance and Play together with friends and family
Fun and games with music and movement.

We will go on an adventure together...
Make new friends and use your imagination.



Dances of vitality throughout the session help to develop the children's fitness, strength and flexibility. Dances of expression and creativity help them to strengthen their identity, whilst relaxation exercises encourage both emotional and physical harmony and balance.

4-8 years. Parents welcome to stay and join in.
If younger /older children want to come and try that's fine too. Please send me a message.
