A movement experience from South America that blends uplifting Latin rhythms, world music and guided exercises - for joy, connection and vitality.

Biodanza uses guided expressive movement to support your own movement and connection to the life within you. Dance at your own pace with no steps to learn.
What happens in a session?
Biodanza is offered in a group setting and is a facilitator-guided movement class. Participants explore movement, rhythm, emotion, and self-expression, unfolding into a vivid experience described as a vivencia.
Who’s it for?
Anyone wanting movement, connection, inspiration, emotional expression, joy. There are many reasons why people come. Danced across 50+ countries, inclusive practice with no dance experience needed.
What should I bring?
It’s a great idea to bring a water bottle and to wear comfortable, layered clothing that you can move in. We encourage dancing without shoes (if possible), so please be prepared to dance barefoot or to wear nonslip socks.
