These are the themes for each week

5 June: "NUrturing your Physical Needs: Movement and Rest, Motion and Stillness". Our bodies require various elements to thrive, such as nourishment, fresh air, physical activity, adequate rest, warmth, and the comforting touch of others.

12 June: "Nurturing your Emotional Needs: Expression and Empathy". Our emotional well-being is influenced by the freedom to express ourselves, as well as by the presence of empathy, acceptance, and affection from those in our lives.

19 June: "Nurturing your Social Needs: Friendships and Community". Socially, we yearn for real friendships and a sense of belonging, as these connections bring us joy and fulfilment. Life is a balancing act of our yearning for connection and our yearning for solitude.

26 June: “Nurturing your Spiritual needs: inner wisdom and peace”. Our spirits long for transcendence, healing, forgiveness, inner wisdom, meaning, and ultimately, peace.
