Created in the 1970s by Chilean psychologist Rolando Toro, Biodanza combines elements of dance, music therapy, psychology, and mindfulness to create a unique experience that fosters personal growth and a sense of community.

In Biodanza sessions, participants are guided through various exercises and movements set to a diverse range of music genres.
