Biodiversity Blitz with Friends of Uralla Nature Reserve

Event description

September is National Biodiversity Month. To celebrate we’re partnering with other Victorian Councils to take the 2024 Biodiversity Blitz challenge, a fun and friendly competition to see whose residents can record the most natural species during the month of September.

To celebrate Friends of Uralla Nature Reserve and Baw Baw Shire are partnering together to host a Biodiversity Blitz at Uralla Nature Reserve in Trafalgar South.

It's easy to follow in Darwin’s footsteps and get involved! Simply download the iNaturalist App on your chosen device and come along to Uralla Nature Reserve at 10.30am on September 7th, 2024 and you can be part of the Biodiversity Blitz. Interested in photography? Bring your camera instead and upload your photos to the iNaturalist website instead.

So bring yourselves, your family and friends, some sturdy walking shoes, a water bottle and join us for Biodiversity Blitz & a Free Barbeque to follow.
