    Event description

The Adelaide Hills Biodynamic Group presents a Study Group for the learning of Biodynamic Principles.

This is the first in a monthly series of FREE Biodynamic Study Groups to be held on the last Sunday of the month. It is ticketed as we have a capacity limit.

It just so happens that Hamish Mackay will be back in the hills on that day and he will join us in this study group. He will be able to put the book into context as he attended the lectures in 1992 that form the basis of the book. Hamish is on his way to run BD workshops in WA and carries with him a little bookshop in his ute. He will have a few copies of the book for sale or you can order them online for just over $32.
To get the most of Hamish's time in the hills we have decided to have a farm visit to Claret Ash Farm in Flaxley. This will focus on the Janesce Herb Garden which has been undergoing major renovations over the last 3 years. The garden was totally covered in well established kikuyu grass and this has been easily eradicated without losing its BD certification. The garden is now ready for the spring planting. We will also look at compost making, herb drying and more.

Free tickets are available for each section of the day. Participate in one or both sections. Thus we have this ticket platform in use.

*Bookings Essential:Ā As we have a capacity limit for the study group please register with this link. The whole day is free of charge.
