Description

Are you ready to harness nature's ancient secrets for peak mental and physical performance? For thousands of years, Andean communities have turned to cacao and maca to sharpen the mind, lift mood, build stamina and restore balance.

Dive into the science: discover how the bioactive compounds in cacao and maca interact with key brain receptors tied to mood, focus, energy and hormonal balance, and explore the emerging neuroscience research that validates these ancient practices.

Through stories of ceremonial preparation and traditional use, you'll gain practical insights into integrating these Andean superfoods safely into modern life. Whether you're a wellness enthusiast, biohacker or simply curious, you'll walk away with actionable strategies for lasting energy, focus and vitality.

Sunday 22 November, 3 - 5pm at Seed & Husk, 68 Ballina St, Lennox Head. Presented by Seed & Husk and Seleno Health.
