Biomaterials Workshop

We're excited to invite SUPRA members to the Sustainable Materials Workshop, hosted by Dr Philip Gough. * If you're not yet a member, it's super easy to sign up — and we’d love to have you join! Spots are limited!!

In this session, you will spark your curiosity about sustainable materials through exploration and hands-on making. Your journey will begin by engaging with unfamiliar samples, then progress to researching, prototyping, and reflecting. The Eco Material Library will serve as your central tool for discovery, verification, and inspiration throughout the process, and you will also learn to treat it as a long-term design resource for continued use beyond the workshop.

Following the workshop, join us for a Panel Discussion and Networking Session from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM with Lucy Wyborn, Andrew Simpson and Alicia Dudek (hosted by Design at Dusk). This will be a great opportunity to engage with experts and peers in the field, discuss the future of sustainable design, and network with like-minded individuals.
