Southside Community Farm (SCF) is a Black-led urban farm and food hub located in Asheville's historic Southside neighborhood. Since 2014, SCF has worked to advance neighborhood food sovereignty through healthy food access, environmental education, racial justice, and connection to the land. Rooted in traditional African and Indigenous knowledge, SCF grows vegetables, fruits, and herbal medicines using organic and sustainable farming practices. The farm serves as both a source of fresh food and a gathering place where community members can connect with nature, culture, and one another.
Come celebrate and support the incredible entrepreneurs, growers, and creators who make our community stronger. 🌱🛍️🍴✨
