Event description

The Australian Government is hosting a public webinar to provide information on H5 avian influenza (bird flu) and an update on national preparedness activities as well as practical information on how the public can prepare for a potential outbreak.  

During this session, representatives from the Commonwealth’s agriculture, environment, and health portfolios will share insights into their current work and key initiatives related to bird flu preparedness. The webinar will also include a short Q&A segment, and we welcome members of the public to submit any questions they may have. 

The webinar will be recorded and made available on birdflu.gov.au shortly after the session.
