Whether you’re preparing for your first birth or looking for a more positive experience this time around, this evening will give you tools to make decisions that feel right for you.

Join us as we explore:

• Pelvic Floor & Birth Preparation – with Chloe (The Lady Physio): Learn how to support your pelvic floor during pregnancy, techniques like perineal massage, and positions, breathing and pushing tips to prepare your body for birth, and support faster postpartum recovery. 

• Navigating Labour with Confidence – with Sarah (Registered Midwife): Understand birth hormones, hypnobirthing tools, pain relief options, and how your support person can be truly helpful.

• When Plans Change – with Dr. Alex Umbers (Obstetrician): Know your options, how to stay in control even with interventions or inductions, and how to advocate for your preferences.

• Breastfeeding Foundations – with Leanne (Lactation Consultant, IBCLC): Get set up for success with breastfeeding tips, early latching advice, and what to expect in those first few days postpartum.

This is not your average antenatal class. It's real talk, honest answers, and holistic care—with a strong dose of empowerment. There will be a panel for questions at the end and stalls from our speakers so you can ask questions and book sessions if you would like.
