Dean Bavich is a Strategic Business Financial Counsellor from Rural West and will share how he works alongside small businesses to progress from financial distress by providing financial options in assisting your business to remain resilient.

About the Presenter:  Dean Bavich has a strong business background within rural bank finance and small business sector. His current role with Rural West as a Strategic Business Financial Counsellor sees him working with small business and farmers in the south-west region.  Dean enjoys being actively involved in the community. He is a current and active member of the Chamber of Commerce and Board Member of Financial Counselling Association of WA.  Dean is passionate in his role with Rural West to effect behavioural change and make a difference to the individual lives of small business owners and farmers.

Main Topics Covered:  Dean will share how he helps small businesses during times of financial need, financial crisis, options to avoid going into administration and restructuring budgets to make business achievable.
