Tom Potter is one of Australia's most accomplished entrepreneurs, best known for building Eagle Boys Pizza into Australia's largest privately owned pizza company and, more recently, helping grow Galactic Donuts. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and inductee into the Franchise Council of Australia's Hall of Fame, Tom has spent decades building, scaling, and advising successful businesses. Known for his down-to-earth, practical, and often humorous speaking style, Tom shares real-world lessons from decades in business – the wins, the setbacks, and the strategies that helped him build successful brands.
Renée Chaplin: Vice President - APAC, Constant Contact
Renée Chaplin has led marketing and commercial teams in the Asia Pacific region for 20+ years. Renée’s experience stems from start-ups to multinational organisations such as Constant Contact, LivePerson and CSG International. Based in Brisbane, Australia, Renée is the Vice President – Asia Pacific for leading online email marketing company, Constant Contact. A passionate marketer driven by customer experience and commercial growth, Renée holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (Marketing), a Graduate Certificate of Business Administration and is completing an MBA at the University of Queensland.

Jess Lenton has spent her marketing career helping businesses turn digital ads into real results. From her early days at a large marketing agency supporting small business owners across Australia to her current role as Growth Marketing Manager at Constant Contact, Jess has seen firsthand what makes campaigns perform.
