Our Black Belt Day is a special day where we come together to celebrate the journey of our newest Black Belts and honour their dedication to Jiu-Jitsu. Hosted at GB Headquarters in Sydney, the event features sparring sessions, open mat rounds, and the highlight of the day – the official Black Belt promotions.

More than just a ceremony, Black Belt Day is an opportunity for our community to connect, train side by side, and be inspired by the achievements of fellow practitioners. It reflects the spirit of Brotherhood, Integrity, and Development that defines Gracie Barra, uniting students, professors, and school owners in celebration of excellence on and off the mats
